The phrase butterfly effect encapsulates a more technical notion of sensitive dependence on initial conditions in chaos theory. Small random variations of the initial condition of a dynamical system may produce large variations in long term behavior of a system. So while this is sometimes presented as esoteric behavior, such behavior can be exhibited by simple systems. For example. if we know where a ball starts off in its roll down a hillside, we can map out all of the possible end points of its journey.
The term buterfly effect has also come to refer to the principle of controlling a chaotic system with minimal force, through controlled knowledge of its dynamics.

The idea for the masterminds of gang stalking campaigns is to exert as little effort as possible to achieve their goal of controlling the targeted individual. The butterfly effect is carried out in two primary ways, the collection of personal information about the target, and explosive events geared to set the stage for ongoing harassment.
Gathering Information
By using gathered information about the individual, and weaving this information into synchronistic linguistics and other manufactured synchronistic events, gang stalking masterminds seek to create the illusion of a much larger conspiracy than is actually the case.
Through the use of enlisted accomplices, gang stalking perpetrators seek to get the most bang for their buck by using any and all personal information collected during investigations to custom tailor harassment techniques used against the target. The accomplices work to gather information through surveillance, and also carry out the harassment.
Key accomplices are often acquaintances of the target, and are usually told lies about the target in order to gain the cooperation of these acquaintances. Sometimes the main perpetrator(s) will find any small point of contention between the target and their acquaintances and blow this out of proportion with the addition of lies, in order to invoke anger and a sense of vigilante justice in those they wish to enlist in the harassment of the target.
But the most easily utilized form of enlistment to make the conspiracy appear much larger, is the use of simple bribes to get strangers to participate in street theater and other forms of harassment against the target. Many times these strangers are also sold some line about how they will be helping to investigate a dangerous suspect, but oftentimes these people are offered money to approach the target and repeat meaningful phrases or generally harass the target.
The reason simple payment is most effective is that there seems to be no shortage of random people who will carry out these smaller tasks of harassment and surveillance for as little as $10-$20. Think about how far a stalker’s budgetof, say, $1,000 can go in enlisting random people to assist in the harassment of a target.
Fear Induction
Another way organized stalking perpetrators use the butterfly effect is to set up larger indoctrination (or explosive) events around the targeted individual. These events are highly structured and typically involve attempts to scare the target as much as possible. By setting up these fear induction events, the perpetrators hope to manufacture initial conditions so that determining a TIs reactions to harassment will be made easier.
Setting up these larger fear induction events works in two ways. Info about a target’s reactions to these events is used to create custom harassment techniques to cause the most possible discomfort to the target. The general atmosphere of intimidation tends to narrow a target’s emotional outlook and reactions, thus making it easier to anticipate what the target will do next.
The main tactic and goal of gangstalking perpetrators is to control the target; that is to mnufacture situations to actively influence a target’s experiences, and to give the target the impression that they have no control of the situation. This isn’t true, of course, but these ways of exerting the smallest amount of effort while creating the largest perception of control possible, are how gang stalking perpetrators keep the conspiracy running against the target, as well as keep costs to a minimum.
Tip for Targeted Individuals
It can be helpful for TIs to alter their patterns in routes of travel and other daily activities in order to thwart these systems of control. Yet even more importantly, TIs should actively strive to avoid entrapment in these projections of isolation, by avoiding negative emotional reactions such as fear, panic and the like. After all, the primary goal of gang stalking is to control the targeted individual.
No matter what anyone may tell you as a targeted individual and regardless of collected intelligence from surveillance, they don’t really know anything about the real you. They might like to think they can control and predict your every move, but the truth is that they are much weaker and less imaginative than you. Keep this in mind, and by all means combat isolation by networking with others. and consider adding your voice to our community.
