It appears that such groups of people are assembled with some agenda to “get rid of undesirables”. Similar to Stalin’s or Hitler’s “citizen enforcement squads” many of these “citizen watch” groups have become corrupt. Members of these groups are deluded or delude themselves into thinking that they are part of a community service effort to clean their neighborhood of criminals. Without thinking or asking questions, these members believe what they or told, or don’t care and just want to be part of the gang, as it were, and participate in harassment of a target.

Harassment carried out by these groups is usually done in such a way that the various tampering and harassment events seem to mimic life’s regular misfortunes. This way if a target tries to complain and report the harassment they are regarded as mentally ill.

In my case I kept blaming the minor damage and tampering with of property in just such a way –well, these things do happen. And likewise, when I realized something else was happening and tried to tell others all I got in response was cynical comments about how paranoid I was.

Besides the harassment that ’seems like normal life misfortune’, gang stalking relies on the multiple harassers for continued covertness. If any one perpetrator is singled out for investigation, there are usually several more who are ready and willing to step into place and begin harassing the target.

These groups tend to believe their criminal actions are totally justified. When people that the target knows personally are enlisted into a stalking group they are told a number of lies about the target, or they participate based on their own personal desire to attack the target. In my experiences, it seems the investigators go way out of their way to find any past slights between the target and those known by the target, so as to fuel the lies and disinformation that is used to gain the would-be stalker’s cooperation.

Character Assassination

In cases where the stalkers do not know the target personally, some blanket lies and character smearing disinfo is often broadcast, but really doesn’t matter one way or the other. At the level of community harassment groups, the members take whatever list of ‘offenders’ is given to them and carry out whatever form of harassment they are told to or think up on their own.

In my own case, during the initial explosive staged terrorist event where I was drugged, the perps made a video of me saying and doing things I was coerced into acting out. Among the many stupid human tricks and led conversations, I was made to say disparaging things various political and ethnic groups.

In subsequent harassment and street theater events these damning bits of ‘evidence’ have been repeated to me, implying that they are getting me back for my (falsely alleged) beliefs. It seems these coerced statements that were recorded have been used to enlist the help of many individuals belonging to these groups. It seems quite common for there to be a sense of righteousness where such vigilante or watch groups are involved in active harassment of a targeted individual.

Pitting Group Members Against Each Other

In many ways, though the target is the one who suffers the brunt of relentless harassment, the target is merely a scapegoat to rally the group around, thus manipulating the citizens who take part in these groups, and more importantly controlling their individual voice/power, channeling it toward destruction of others rather than progressive rallying about community development.

In these corrupt community watch groups the very members are pitted against one another. For example, I’ve had conversations with Stalker A who makes negative comments about Stalker B. Then later on when I’m talking with Stalker B they begin muttering under their breath, bitterly, the very thing that Stalker A said about them, but directed at me, implying that I’m the one who said the negative thing. Again, the target is used as a rally point, someone at which to direct all negative emotions of the group members. So, from the organizer’s perspective, why not turn things up by further provoking the group members.

The target is already being used to rally the group around, so it’s a short jump to using the member’s own comments against each other and blaming the target. The target and the leader types are the only people party to every harassment event. Pitting the group members against each other and blaming the target utilizes and fulfills all aspects of the community watch group setup: Keep the group members riled up about something, direct the negative energy at the target.

It is my belief that targets are referred to stalking groups. Whether by someone already involved in a community stalking or otherwise elite group, or by an enemy of the target who knows such groups exist, in the hope that they will be taken on as part of the group’s regular list of targets. Once a target has made it onto one of these community harassment lists, the revenge stalking graduates to ‘the wild’, meaning more likely than not, none of the stalkers even know anything about the target.
